PREVENTION
Prevention is the best strategy to avoid spine problem.
We "earn" the good condition of our spine throughout our life. If we habitually neglect our spine, we can expect that, sooner or later, we will have to deal with hard to tolerate pain. Then we will find time, even a lot of time, for therapy.
Is it not better to spend some time and effort in order to prevent the problem ?
Now I suggest one set of exercises for keeping a good posture and eliminating spinal pain. They do not require much time or effort and bring excellent results.
Exercises done in bed very little strain on our heart, therefore they can be done by anybody - children, adults, or elderly people.

1.When you wake up, stretch a few times.

2.Laying on your back, press hard against the pillow with the back of your head for 5 seconds and then rest for 5 seconds. / repeat the exercise 6 times.

3.Put the pillow on your chest and "hug" it for 5 seconds - rest for 5 seconds. / repeat 6times.
Put the pillow between your knees and squeeze it hard for 5 seconds - rest for 5 seconds / repeat 6 times.

4.Pull up your knees to the 45 degree angle - hold for r seconds and rest for 5 seconds / repeat 6 times.

5.Pull the toes of one leg with the toes of the other leg towards you, alternately, six times for each leg.
