Everybody wants to Become Younger, but not everybody wants to do more than wishful thinking about it. If we want to Become Younger and Healthier, we must DO something about it.

"When you talk, you repeat what you already know; when you listen, you often learn something."
—Jarren Sparks

For many of us, our lives are so busy that we rarely give anyone our full attention. Even if we're not focused on a computer screen or the television or that book we're reading while another talks, we're thinking about the report that's due, or wondering if we remembered to send a check to the power company.
Beginning today, make an effort to really listen when people talk to you. Put the book down, turn off the TV or turn away from the computer screen. Look directly into the speaker's eyes and fully listen, letting both your ears and your heart take in the words. In the process you may learn something and you may not. It doesn't matter.
You will make the one talking feel important and that does. Making someone else feel good always matters.
