Divine order is unfolding in my life right now.
Some trees begin to grow with a spindly, lopsided appearance. Yet a wise gardener knows that in time, those scraggly branches will become full, feathery fronds of graceful and intricate symmetry.
Nature offers countless examples of the natural unfolding of life patterns. This is often the case in my life, as well. There are times when there may be action required of me. However, often the answer to my prayer comes as I step back and allow the perfect unfolding of divine order to take place.
I discern when I am to take action and when I am to just allow more time for a plan to unfold. I recognize and give thanks for that which is complete and for the result that I know is on its way.
“The human mind may devise many plans, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will be established.”—Proverbs 19:21

I don't want to be a bonsai tree. A bonsai tree is an imitation of a real tree.
It looks like a real tree, exept it can't do many things a real tree can.
It is kept in a small pot with limited nutrients, trimmed constantly to fit someone else's whin.
It cannot provide shelter, it cannot find food on its own; its life and death are totally reliant on its owner.
